On July 23, 2017, I invite you to join together in the 24-hour Prayer Vigil for World Peace.
On July 23, this year, several important astrological and spiritual events will take place.
The 23rd of July is an important astrological day as this is when the heliacal rising of the star Sirius occurs. This is the moment when the Earth starts a new cycle of spiritual development. This is what is called the planetary “New Year” celebration. On this day, the Sun is in a line with Sirius, in the northern morning sky. The 23rd of July is also the day of the dispensation of the 23rd. On this day, we are given the opportunity to transmute the karma of the following month. According to the dispensation, on this day our prayerful efforts are multiplied not only by the number of people who pray simultaneously, but also by the number of the participants of the prayer Vigil on the 23rd, if the people pray for at least 1 hour.
It is very important to use the opportunity provided by the Masters - to neutralize the karma of the following month as effectively as possible, as, in August, we will experience two eclipses:
The partial lunar eclipse on August 7 and the total solar eclipse on August 21.
A brief description of the eclipses is at the end of the issue.
The purpose of the Vigil is to:
- use the powerful energies of the heliacal sunrise of Sirius and the dispensation of the 23rd, so that a small number of prayers achieve a significant result;
- prevent war, any bloodshed, terrorism, economic crisis, default, natural and man-made disasters;
- prevent the development, spread and use of the latest weapons;
- strengthen the positive aspects and prevent the negative aspects of the lunar eclipse on August 7, 2017 and the solar eclipse on August 21, 2017;
- elevate the consciousness of humanity.
Date and Time of the Vigil: from 4:00 p.m. Saturday, July 22 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 23 (Central Daylight Time)
Throughout this period, participants are invited to read six Rosaries: Rosary of Faith, Rosary of Love, Rosary of Peace, Rosary of Responsibility, Rosary of “Heart”, and Rosary of Truth.
The Rosaries will be read in the following rotating order (times shown according to the Central Daylight Time zone):
4:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m., 4:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. — Rosary of Faith.
5:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m., 5:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. — Rosary of Love.
6:00 p.m., 12:00 (midnight), 6:00 a.m., 12:00 (noon) — Rosary of Peace.
7:00 p.m., 1:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. — Rosary of Responsibility.

For example, you can read the Rosary once from noon to 1 p.m. (CDT) on the 23rd of July, or maybe you would like to read it twice on the 23rd of July: from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
If you have the opportunity, you can participate in the Vigil more often!
If you have decided to participate in the Vigil, please tell the Vigil coordinator the time (the hour or the hours) that you have chosen for your Service, or you can register on the website yourself. It is very important that the Vigil is continuous, and that in every hour there is someone supporting and multiplying the momentum of Light that has been created before him. The greater the number of people who read the Rosary every hour, the greater the effect will be. It is important to maintain the maximum possible prayer effort throughout these 24 hours.

In
the name of I AM THAT I AM, in the name of God the Almighty, I am appealing to
all the Ascended Hosts, to the Hierarchy of Light, that is supervising the
evolution of humanity and directing the development of humanity of the Earth
along the Divine Path.
I am asking that the energy of my prayer be directed by the Ascended Hosts at neutralizing the activity of those forces that promote incitement to war, revolutions, economic instability, animosity of a national, property, or religious character, implement terrorist acts, and create points of tension on Earth.
I am asking to put out the fire of all wars that are currently taking place on the globe and to dissolve the causes of World War III.
I am asking the Ascended Hosts to take control of and prevent the development, spread and use of the following new types of weapons of mass destruction: nuclear, biological, chemical, chem-trails, electronic, psychophysical, information, infrasound, plasma, electromagnetic, ultrasound, laser, climatic, natural and tectonic, seismological, genetic, and others.
I am asking God and the Ascended Hosts to direct the energy of my prayers to neutralize all the negative astrological aspects and strengthen all the positive astrological aspects of the lunar eclipse on August 7, 2017 and the solar eclipse on August 21, 2017.
I am also asking that the energy of my prayer be directed by the Ascended Hosts at creating peace in the whole world and elevating the consciousness of mankind on planet Earth to the level at which all people feel like brothers and sisters regardless of their faith, religion, skin color, nationality, or ethnicity.
According to the dispensation of the 23rd, I am asking to transmute the karma of the following month, which can lead to natural and man-made disasters, local wars or a global war, economic crisis and the default!

A brief description of the eclipses of August 2017
The lunar eclipse on August 7, 2017 falls at 15 degrees of Aquarius. It is partial, i.e. only part of the Moon's visible surface moves into the Earth's shadow.
• The lunar eclipse of August 7, 2017 begins at 17:22 UTC (GMT) or at 20:22 Moscow time
• The maximum phase is at 18:20 UTC or at 21:20 Moscow time
• The lunar eclipse ends at 19:18 UTC or at 22:18 Moscow time.
This space phenomenon can be observed in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and Antarctica. It will also be visible in much of Russia.
The sign Aquarius deals with groups, friends, collectives, and work for common causes. It represents progress, innovation and knowledge that focus on the future. Leo is an individual expression coming from the heart. Its solar energy is associated with creativity, innovativeness, play and love.
One of the contradictions between the two signs is that Aquarius embodies the energy of the group, while Leo is focused on its own ego. When we think too much of ourselves, we can lose harmony when interacting with others. However, if we forget about our own interests, we will not be able to fulfill ourselves.
In a spiritual sense, the August lunar eclipse invites us to look at ourselves from the outside and define what needs to be improved within our self. The Sun in Leo provides creative impulse, and the Moon in Aquarius calls for matching desires and intentions with the general picture of reality in order for our talents to be realized for the benefit of ourselves and society.
The axis of the eclipse does not form tense relations with the other planets, this highlights its good character.
The total solar eclipse of August 21, 2017 is the 22nd eclipse of Saros series 145 (Saros series 1 N, B. Brady).
The region of best visibility is in the middle and subtropical latitudes of the northern hemisphere.
From what locations will the eclipse of August 21, 2017 be observable? The total phase of the eclipse will be visible in the USA. Part phases of the eclipse will be visible in North America, and also partially in Western Europe and South America.

The influence of the eclipse in the sign of a fixed cross (Leo) may not be felt for a while, but if manifested, it will operate profoundly over a long period of time.
Eclipses in fire signs foreshadow troubles for public or eminent people such as overthrowing, expulsion, imprisonment, and even murder, as well as military clashes, fires, explosions, fevers, crop failures.
Features of the solar eclipse on August 21, 2017.
The eclipse will occur at 28 degrees of Leo. Mars is in divergent connection with the luminaries, in the partile sextile with Jupiter and in a wide trine with Saturn and Uranus.
Situations, both globally and in an individual context, which will be affected by this eclipse, will have a dramatic development. The consonance aspects give hope for a positive and even exalting outcome, if the general course of events will allow this. Otherwise, we can observe a bloated military super-ego with all the attendant consequences. In an individual context, this is a great energy upturn and a good opportunity to satisfy the desire for power and realize one’s ambitions.
An excursion into the past according to the series of eclipses of Saros series 140 and 145
The previous 21st eclipse of Saros 145, on August 11, 1999, was widely covered by astrologers. The dissonant configurations of this eclipse became the subject of great anxiety among astrologers regarding humanity’s destiny. The famous 72nd quatrain of Nostradamus is devoted to this eclipse.
Two days before the eclipse, Vladimir Putin came to power in Russia. On August 16, 1999, five days after the eclipse, he was confirmed as chairman of the Government by 233 votes of the deputies of the State Duma.

On July 29, 1981, Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer were married.
Subsequently, Princess Diana perished the day before the solar eclipse of 1997. Upon learning of Princess Diana’s death on September 1, Mother Teresa said, “I do not always understand God’s paths.
