3-day Prayer Vigil for Peace
in the Whole World
February 23, 24, and 25, 2017
Dear Friends,
The world situation is volatile. At any time we can expect the escalation of existing military conflicts and the outbreak of new ones. For Russia, this is the year of the 100th anniversary of the February and October revolutions of 1917.
I suggest holding a 3-day Prayer Vigil for Peace in the whole world on February 23, 24, and 25, 2017.
February 23 is the day when the dispensation of the 23rd day of the month is active. On this day, our prayers will be multiplied not only by the number of people who pray simultaneously but also multiplied by the number of people who will take part in the dispensation by praying for at least one hour.
The purpose of the Vigil is:
- To prevent a global war, local wars and conflicts, terrorist attacks, and revolutions;
- To elevate the consciousness of mankind;
- To use the dispensation of the 23rd day of the month to attain considerable results with the efforts of a small number of people praying.
Dates and times of the Vigil:
February 23 from noon to 1:00pm Central Standard Time

Please read the following Prayer Call to focus the efforts before reading the Rosary on February 23:
In the name of I AM THAT I AM, in the name of God the Almighty, I appeal to all the Ascended Hosts and the Hierarchy of Light that are supervising the evolution of humanity and directing the development of mankind of Earth along the Divine Path.
I am asking God and the Ascended Hosts to direct the energy of my prayers to neutralize all the negative astrological aspects and strengthen all the positive astrological aspects of the solar eclipse on February 26, 2017.
I am asking that the energy of my prayers be directed by the Ascended Hosts to neutralize the activity of those forces that promote wars, revolutions, economic instability, and animosity of a national, property, or religious character, implement terrorist acts, and create points of tension on Earth.
I am also asking that the energy of my prayer be directed by the Ascended Hosts to create Peace in the whole world and to elevate the consciousness of mankind of the Earth to the level at which all the people on planet Earth feel like brothers and sisters regardless of their faith, religion, skin color, nationality, or ethnicity.
According to the Dispensation of the 23rd, I am asking to transmute the karma of the following month that is the cause of local wars and may lead to a global war!
