I AM Zarathustra, having come to you through our Messenger. I have come to give one more short Teaching that, I hope, will be quite useful for you at the given stage of your evolutionary development.

As your civilization has started the cycle of ascension now and is in an ascending spiral, any teaching that has already been known before should be taken in a new way by you. And no matter what new teachings you get through other sources and channels, I have to give a small explanation concerning the fact that there are a variety of different hierarchies in the universe that follow their own way. And many of those hierarchies are related to the hierarchy to which I belong and which our Messenger represents on Earth. Other hierarchies are at some other levels of development and have another structure and implement other tasks.

There are some among those hierarchies with which we cooperate, but there are also other hierarchies with which we do not conclude any agreements. They act according to their laws. It is hard for you to realize that situation now, since everything that we have told you before this moment has been related to the uniform Law of this universe and about the obedience of the lower to the higher.

Now you are getting this information, and it differs a bit from the information that you have obtained before. However, I have to notice that, indeed, everything obeys the Great Law that acts in this universe. However, this Law itself acts selectively, and it is refracted differently in various points of the universe. It is similar to the fact that there are different countries on Earth, and regardless of the fact that physical and mathematical laws act in every country, at the same time, there are certain state laws in each country. Like many states that may live and feel animosity toward each other, there are also other states that are friendly with each other, and their development has been based on friendship and cooperation for many centuries.

If we get back to our universe, you should realize that everything in the universe is much more diverse than everything existing on planet Earth. When you go beyond the limits of one particular planet in your consciousness, you understand that there are other civilizations in the universe that may be formed, in essence, on other principles. And in spite of the fact that there is a general Law of this universe that acts in those civilizations, they still have other principles of development, and even the nature of those beings that inhabit other world systems may differ much from your nature.

There is a moment in the development of every civilization when it starts interacting with other civilizations that inhabit the universe. This process is similar to a stage when some tribe has been living peacefully, and suddenly, at some stage of its development, it discovers that there is another tribe not very far from them where there are other laws and customs.

Now, when you come to another country, everything is interesting for you: laws and customs of that country, people's manners and their view of the surrounding reality. When you meet other civilizations from other world systems, mutual interest appears in the same way. Everything happens at a certain stage of development in any civilization.

The point of my instruction today is to give you an understanding that the civilizations existing on Earth have always met other more developed civilizations throughout the history of development of planet Earth. And in spite of the fact that there is a law that is kept in the universe according to which none of the civilizations can cause harm to another civilization, there were always moments when that law was broken. However, there are higher beings that have an opportunity to interfere and regulate any arguable points that arise.

Now, when humankind in whole moves to the new level of its development, many civilizations from those world systems that have by far excelled the civilization existing on Earth, but which have a bit different direction of development than Earth's, will try to come in contact with the tellurians. So, you should be ready for any unexpected situations that might happen in your lives. But even in that situation, as in any other situation, the law of attraction according to vibrations is in force. If you are anxious about extraterrestrial civilizations, and they occupy too much space in your consciousness, then it can be said that there is a strong probability that you will meet representatives of those civilizations. However, if the problems concerning extraterrestrial civilizations do not bother you, you may go past any extraterrestrial object, not noticing it.

You should not be afraid of anything. However, you should always remember that not all extraterrestrial civilizations express friendliness to tellurians. And if you have doubt about some situation and do not know how to react, remember that there are Higher Hosts that are called upon to help and protect you in all situations of that kind. Not everything in the universe can be understandable and accessible for your outer consciousness. But it will be better if you are ready for any unexpected situations and meetings. That is why I consider it my duty to give you this short Teaching about extraterrestrial civilizations.

As a rule, all religious systems of the past had a negative attitude toward any such intrusions of extraterrestrial civilizations and proclaimed aliens to be demons and devils. It was impossible to take those not always understandable phenomena differently in the existing religious bounds and limitations. Now many religious systems teach that all extraterrestrial intrusions are the invasions of the devil and his henchmen.

I repeat once again that such contacts become inevitable at a certain stage of human development. And as many extraterrestrial civilizations differ too much from the civilization existing on Earth, they can be taken as hostile by your consciousness.

You are moving to the new level of development in your consciousness, so the problem of the attitude to extraterrestrial civilizations cannot be disregarded in our directions. You should always remember that the Ascended Masters are the closest beings to you in this universe, according to their development level and their vibrations. Moreover, many particles of the Ascended Masters are incarnated, and consequently, many Ascended Masters stay among you. You have the Ascended Masters' particles within your Higher Self. Therefore, I recommend that you do not pay too much attention to extraterrestrial civilizations and to relations with them until your consciousness is ready to a considerable degree. When your consciousness gets more information about those civilizations, you will be able to see the situations that occur in proper perspective and to make proper decisions in difficult situations.

Now I will give you one more piece of advice. As soon as you face any confusing situation, you immediately call those of the Ascended Masters whom you know. Call for Jesus, Muhammad the prophet, Michael the Archangel, the Goddess of Liberty, Sanat Kumara, me, or other Masters and ask for their help and support in the situation that you are facing.

You can call aloud or silently, or you can also set out your problem in writing and burn the letter with your request. You should always know that all necessary measures will be taken to answer any of your calls. And never, under any circumstances, feel fear in any situation you face. The vibrations of fear paralyze your will and your connection with your Higher Self.
