I AM Sanat Kumara, having come to you again.

When we came more than a year ago to give the Dictations through our Messenger, that event was not noticed by the majority of humankind. And we didn't try to draw attention to that event. The main and most significant events always happen quietly and without being noticed.

We come to speak with humanity of Earth, and every visit of ours becomes more and more natural for your consciousness like sunrises and sunsets.

We come, and the situation on planet Earth changes with our coming because every time more and more individuals can get access to these Dictations and enjoy the nectar of the Divine energy contained in them.

Now I have come to remind you once again of those resolute transformations that should happen and about those changes and alterations that Beloved Maitreya mentioned in His Dictation of April 11, 2006.

And as He did, I make no secret of the fact that the speed of the change depends on each of you who reads these Dictations because everything that is connected with your physical world and any changes in your world happen due to the changing of your consciousness.

As always, I will give you some directions and a short Teaching that will help you in changing your consciousness.

Each time I come with great excitement, and my heart trembles when I have the opportunity to talk to those of you who are incarnated now.

My children, you do not realize and cannot fully realize the whole responsibility that lies on your shoulders.

Quite recently, before you incarnated, many of you had received a huge training and education in the etheric retreats. The best souls were chosen for incarnation in this difficult time.

Therefore, it is very painful to watch these souls, who have already come into incarnation, allow the illusion to take possession of their consciousness to such an extent that they have not only forgotten why they incarnated, but they have also forgotten all about God, and they have lost in their hearts not only the Divine models but also the moral landmarks too.

It is painful to realize this, but it is more painful to watch these souls making a transition and coming again to the fine plane. The heart bleeds profusely when you see the suffering of these souls. When the curtain falls from their eyes and the plan for which they came into incarnation and which they have not fulfilled gets revealed before them, then the stress that these souls receive is comparable to the most terrible stress a soul can pass through in incarnation. And this stress lies like a heavy burden upon the soul. A lot of efforts of angels who are called upon to cure the souls between the incarnations are necessary in order to prepare such a soul before it is able to incarnate on Earth again.

If you treated one another even with a thousandth of the love and care that your soul receives in the period between the incarnations in the etheric octaves of Light, then the world would change unrecognizably after a very short time.

What you have to do is to change your attitude toward the people around you.

If you are an old soul having come to the incarnation for the enlightenment of the less developed brothers and sisters, remember your duty and the responsibilities that you accepted before the incarnation. No matter how difficult it is for you, do not think about yourselves; think about those near you who need your care.

Sometimes a tender look or a good word is enough for the soul again to become full of hope and to gain confidence in the day of tomorrow and the meaning of its life.

Think of all these millions of souls who need your help. Not every soul is capable of understanding the Teaching that we are giving through our Messenger. And not every person is capable of taking the book and start reading it. However, you are able to provide your help and support — not by forcing them to read our Teaching — but simply by being next to them and giving them support with a word, deed, or a look.

Do not be disturbed by the people who will not appreciate your efforts. Simply give your Light, your Love, and your support to the people around you. And do not allow the external consciousness to judge anyone: "Here God has given this person up for lost and he or she is the top of the ignorance and imperfection.

We have provided this Teaching many times and I am repeating it now. Many souls of Light, before they receive incarnation, burden themselves with such large karmic obligations and assume such huge imperfections that sometimes they are not capable in the conditions that exist now on Earth to overcome these imperfections and work off the karma they assumed.

Therefore, never allow yourselves to judge. Remember that when you are judging, you decrease your vibrations and become not capable of making right choices and giving correct assessments.

Be above judgments and gossips and do not allow these negative energies to take control of you.

Forgive everyone no matter how unjust it seems what people do to you. Forgiveness, as well as humility and sympathy, does not have any limits.

There cannot be too much of any of the Divine qualities. Your world is in such a need of Divine vibrations and Divine qualities that throughout the day you can pour out your Perfection, Good, and Love, and the world will be grateful to you.

However, this gratitude is not obligatory to manifest on the physical plane. On the contrary, you may encounter complete misunderstanding and even hostility. Every manifestation of Divine vibrations and Divine qualities immediately clashes with the manifestation of the opposite qualities that are trying to deafen the high vibrations and to postpone the moment when there will be no imperfection on Earth anymore.

It is required from you to manifest Divine qualities, regardless of any reaction on the side of the opposite forces. In no way should you submit to provocation on the side of these forces. You can achieve a lot, but you have to be very firm and brave.

It is in this that the complexity of the given moment consists, and it is this very help that we would like to receive from you.

It is characteristic of the present moment that in the life of every human being there will be situations when he or she will clearly see what forces act through him or her and around him or her. And you will consciously be making the choice within yourselves: which forces you will manifest and where you will direct your energy.

Let the temporary mistakes not disturb you. Do not castigate yourselves because of them. You have made a mistake, you have realized it, you have taken a decision not to repeat it anymore, and continue further.

Do not allow your consciousness to linger on your mistakes for too long. Do not forget that where your attention is directed, there your energy flows.

The most correct thing would be to live in only the moment in which you are present now. The past and the future should not take too much space in your consciousness.

You are living in the present moment, and in this moment you will always joyously meet all of life’s difficulties and failures, and you should always keep confidence in your strength so that you can overcome everything, and then you will come out victoriously from every situation.

Remember that the biggest victory is that which you achieve over your unreal part, while the outer world is only an illusion that does not require your attention. When you stop feeding the illusion with your attention, it stops existing.

I have given you a very important Teaching. I think that you will use this Teaching in the nearest future and will appreciate its inner power.
