24-hour Praying Vigil

for Peace in the whole world

April 22-23, 2015

 

 

The Praying vigil is over. It has united very many people from different parts of the globe. This has been the 3rd vigil, a very important one for this critical year of 2015. It is hard to evaluate the whole significance of this event and the efforts applied by the people who were asking God and the Ascended Hosts for peace with their hearts full of Faith and Love. There was gratitude toward Heaven and the Messenger for this incredible opportunity to direct the course of events in a peaceful direction in such an easy way, with the help of prayer and repentance, in order to ease the burden of misfortunes and military actions.

This time 2050 people participated (and the number of people who joined the streaming on the website “Sirius” was 2814). It is a bit less than we had during the Vigil in February.

The total number of the countries that participated was 47! If you look at the map, there were very many parts of the globe that were illuminated with our prayers: the CIS and European countries, the USA, Mexico, Brazil, UAE, Mauritius, Lebanon, India, Australia and the half of the participants were from Russia.

This time the geography of the cities was wider! More than 590 cities participated, most of the people were from Moscow (128 people), Chelyabinsk (57 people) and Riga (54 people).

With each vigil the number of hours during which people pray grows. In February 2014 it was about 1,8 hours, in February 2015 - about 2,3 hours and this time – 3,17 hours! We were praying more, and thanks to it the overall number of praying hours reached 6502 (in February 2015 it was 5443)! 125 people have been praying for more than 8 hours during this vigil.

 

During the vigil each participant felt the incredible power of the united effort, Faith in the Higher Forces, Faith in miracles and in the Heavens’ help. This Faith united the hearts of all the people who were praying on that day.
