I AM El Morya Khan, who has come again. I have come in order to inform you that the summer cycle of the Messages that we have given in Bulgaria through our Messenger is over.

I am glad that we managed to give this cycle of Dictations in Bulgaria because every time we give our Messages, a tremendous amount of Light gets released at the location where the Messages are received. The country and the people who participate in the process of receiving the Messages acquire a considerable portion of Light. Each time it is about how you use the Light that you have received.

When a little over two years ago the mantle of the Messenger of the Brotherhood had been put on Tatyana, no one could guarantee that Russia would have a bright future. Complete chaos and disorder prevailed in the physical plane. However, we came and affirmed in our Messages that a great future was being prepared for that country on the subtle plane. Less than two years passed before what had been prepared on the subtle plane began to come down to the physical plane. Even the skeptics who were grumbling a year ago, saying that Russia was all lost, have now awaken in bewilderment and are scratching their heads.

The same is true for the country of Bulgaria. If it can proficiently utilize the Light that it has received, then big changes related to education and the economy will be waiting for it very soon. Everything is in your hands! All changes happen through the change of your consciousness.

There is always the danger that the Light we spill on Earth may be misused and distorted, but we always hope that your vessel does not turn out to be leaky and that you utilize the received energy in accordance with the Divine plan and the Divine purpose.

I am glad that we have managed to give a considerable bundle of Knowledge in this cycle of Dictations. Always remember that the Knowledge is given to you to think over, for reflection and meditation in the stillness of your heart. Do not strive to put aside the book with the Dictations as soon as possible. Try to completely absorb everything that is contained in each Dictation, in each drop of the life-giving Divine energy, and in each Word of the Divine Truth.

We come to mankind of Earth in order to strengthen our connections, the connections between the physical and the subtle planes. Our goals and objectives depend entirely on how fully you can acquire the information and the energy that is contained in our Messages.

Do not make us remind you again and again that the tremendous responsibility to transform the physical plane of planet Earth lies with you. Remember that you have come into this incarnation in order to take specific actions in the physical plane. In order for your actions to be perfect and comply with the Divine plans, you must first of all take care of your conductors. You should tirelessly purify your subtle bodies with prayer and fasting, walks in nature, and by association with children and animals. Contemplate on beauty, and under the influence of beauty you will change your inner state. Nothing has the same effect on a person as beauty and nature. Preserve and cultivate proper patterns in your lives. Try to have everything that surrounds you fill you with harmony and beauty. Do not be shy about directing other people; remind them that everything that surrounds them has a constant influence on their consciousness and inner world. This also concerns watching television and uncontrollable listening to the radio. Safeguard yourselves from any negative vibrations from which you can protect yourselves. There are many ways to protect yourselves from negative energies, and many of those methods do not require any financial investments.

That is why I have come to remind you that everything is in your power. You can count on the help of the Masters and make the calls, but you will have to act on the physical plane yourselves. All of the wonders that happen have been carefully planned. The miracle of the transformation of the physical plane will inevitably happen, but in order for it to happen, you need to prepare that miracle in your hearts.

I wish you successful self-perfection. Make sure that not a single grain of the Divine energy is directed to something other than its intended purpose. You are given a lot, and now you have to demonstrate your readiness to collaborate with the Heavens.

All your efforts will be multiplied and will undoubtedly germinate.

It seems that the changes that happen on the physical plane are not related to the Dictations that we give. However, believe me that almost all positive changes on the planet have always been related to the fact that people accepted our Messengers and the Word that they carry. If our Messengers were not accepted and honored, the country that allowed such negative actions was dropped into the twilight of consciousness for many years. We could only ask God to forgive them, for they did not know what they were doing.

We sincerely hope that the nightfall of human consciousness has been left in the past. Ahead is the bright dawn of Knowledge that you carry in your hearts.

I have come in order to give the closing Dictation of this cycle and to announce that we will continue the work through our Messenger as long as such an opportunity for our work is manifested in the physical plane.
