From: Tatiana N. Mickushina
Dear Mr.President, I am asking for your help and support.
In 2004 I started writing books of moral and spiritual content inspired from above. All in all I have written about 30 books. These books contain a spiritual Teaching the purpose of which is to render help to humanity at this hard time. During the winter presidential election campaign this year I have sent you two of my books: "Spiritual mission of Russia" and "Blessed Russia. Prophecies about Russia". One of the books had my gift inscription.
I am asking you to render your help in guarding my mission from bureaucratic lawlessness.
I have been living on the territory of Ust-Zaostrovsky village settlement in my native Omsk Region since 2007. The land and building materials were bought thanks to people's donation, and on the territory of 100 hectares Spiritual Educational Centre "Sirius" was built. People from 11 countries of the world have had an opportunity to arrive here since then in order to have a notion about the fundamentals of the Teaching.
Since 2008 a resident of Ust-Zaostrovsky village settlement Andrey V. Gavrushenko have made repeated attempts to sue my land that was bought on people's donation in order to build the Spiritual Educational Centre. As a result of many trials that led us to the Supreme Court of Russia, about one third of the land was returned to former owners on behalf of whom Gavrushenko A.V. appeared in court and planned to buy this land later from the owners.
The attempts to get rid of me and the people who take part in the Centre activity still continue using other methods.
At present, with the immediate participation of the members of local Council of Ust-Zaostrovsky village settlement Andrey V. Gavrushenko and Kasym H. Sattarov, with the connivance of the head of Ust-Zaostrovsky village settlement Nadezhda A. Golichenko, the attempts are made in order to take away the power transmission line that belongs to me and is in my ownership and that has been put into operation in 2007. There were two inflammations on the territory of the Centre this year: on the 19th of April and on the 19th of July. From the character of the inflammations it can be concluded that the arsons were committed. The lives of 5 people were in danger during the first fire, they were inside the house surrounded by a 10-15 meter wall of fire. As a result several hectares of the forest, the fence and some structures on the territory of the Centre and my house where I am living suffered from the fire.
According to the General Plan of development of Ust-Zaostrovsky village settlement that was designed and accepted in 2009-2010 a cemetery is going to be placed in close proximity to the Spiritual Educational Centre "Sirius" (200 meters away from the territory of the Centre) as it has been planned and has already been started, and also a refuse dump (about 1 kilometer away from the territory of the Centre). It is planned to build a by-road directly through my house where I have been living since 2007.
I am sure that the Teaching that is contained in my books is necessary for the people of Russia and the whole world right now.
I am asking you to render your personal help to me and my mission.
With big Respect to you personally,
Tatiana Mickushina
